Assam tea: Assam Tea is a strong full bodied tea with good colour which is best drunk with milk and has a wonderful “Malty” character. This particular blend is second flush and is of ctc manufacture

Darjeeling tea: Darjeeling known as the Champagne of teas for a good reason has a unique Muscatel character being delicate in taste and light in colour.The Darjeeling we offer you is a single farm variety being a TGFOP1 (Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1) which is the grade or size of leaf.

We have gained the much acclaimed 3 star award from the International Taste and Quality Institute for this tea. The International Taste and Quality Institute of Brussels awarded this tea a 2 star award. The Institute is made up from top professional chefs and sommeliers from all over Europe who independently taste the teas.
