Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to countries not listed.

International shipping is charged on a volumetric basis with flat rate pricing applied to orders either under or over 2kg.

How do you become a Williamson Tea Stockist?
For all trade orders, enquiries and minimum order quantities please register your interest for a trade account here: https://www.williamsontea.com/trade-account/
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Minimum Order Quantity and pricing are displayed once the application has been approved.
We offer different shipping options including timed delivery and collection from our warehouse.
The options are displayed prior to order confirmation and can be selected depending on customer preference.
Please note that we do not arrange the export of our products.
We deliver only to UK addresses.
Export customers will be required to arrange their own freight forwarder to assist with their export of our products.
Are your products recyclable?
Loose Leaf Tea
Our Loose Tea comes in fully recyclable aluminium containers.
We favour aluminium as it is 100% recyclable, retaining it’s properties for future use. It is one of the most recycled materials in the world with an amazing 75% of all aluminium ever produced still in use today. It is one of the only materials in the consumer disposal stream that more than pays for the cost of its own collection.
We are also offering larger containers to provide more tea, less packaging and keep tea drinkers happier for longer.
Loose Leaf Tea is 100% home compostable.
Cardboard Cartons
Our cardboard cartons can be widely recycled and will biodegrade.
Our cartons use sustainably sourced cardboard and environmentally friendly inks to support more environmentally friendly packaging.
Elephant Caddies
Our Elephant caddies are designed to be collectable and we hope you will keep them forever.
However they are recyclable should you decide you no longer want them.
We have also seen them traded on the internet so do look out for trading opportunities as well!
Do your teabags contain plastic?
Our teabags are made from a blend of abaca, cellulose and polylactic acid (PLA).
PLA is a bio-plastic typically made from the sugars in corn starch or sugar cane.
Our new Medium Elephant caddies were the first of our range to contain our new PLA teabags and we have now rolled this out to our 50 teabag cartons.
Are our teabags biodegradable?
Our new PLA teabags are biodegradable but require industrial composting so we recommend they are disposed of in your local council food waste or garden waste bin.
Can you support my charity or charitable event?
While we appreciate individuals thinking of Williamson Tea for charitable requests we are unfortunately unable to support other organisations or individuals.
The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is our chosen charitable partner and we are very proud to support the pioneering conservation work for wildlife and habitat protection that the y carry out in East Africa.

Do we offer a caffeine free tea?
We do not provide caffeine free tea.
Black tea contains a small amount of naturally created caffeine and the processes that the tea undergoes to remove this natural part of the tea leaf’s chemical make up are not natural.
In all ways we seek to reduce processing and intervention with nature and therefore do not provide caffeine free tea.
What do we do for the environment?
We are very conscious of our ecological footprint and are continuously working on our farms and products with this focus.
From macro level developments such as installing largest solar park in East Africa to power one of our tea factories, to the micro of planting natural grasses to prevent soil erosion and sequester more carbon we are continuously striving to do better.
