New to the range, our artisan Wild Honey is light, floral and packed full of health giving properties.
The sustainable farming techniques we use help to encourage natural species to prosper and we harvest this wild honey from hives located alongside the wooded areas of our farm. Here abundant different food sources are available for our honeybees to transform into this clear, bright honey.
Honey is often used as a natural sweetener in teas and is the perfect accompaniment for flavoured blends such as Earl and Duchess Grey, or even our new T-Tonic range. We recently added a spoonful to our Kenyan Sunset, creating a blissful cup of sweet spices and fresh tea, a fantastic afternoon pick me up!
